I reserve the right to refuse commissions

Payment can be done fully upfront or half upfront and half on completion if requested (A Watermark will be added and removed after I receive the other half)
Payment is done through PayPal invoice using EUR
Complex commissions and excessive revisions may require additional fees

Unless agreed upon beforehand no deadline will be set. Depending on a deadline additional fees can apply.
You will receive frequent updates.
Commissions may take one or two months or less depending on life, work, other clients, etc.
Before requesting updates please wait one or two weeks, chances are I will reach out to you by myself if I get to it!

Minor revisions are usually free, especially revisions due to my negligence, but if they stack up additional fees may be nessecary.
Please keep revisions in their stages, to not complicate work (For example: Changes on the lineart, when I already started to work on coloring or shading should be avoided)

I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media, unless requested otherwise
I reserve the right to stream, record and upload videos of the creation of the artwork, unless requested otherwise
Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners
Fanart commissions of characters from any game/series/etc may be used by me to produce merchandise as I see fit
The final product is strictly for personal use only
You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work
For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me
Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially
You may use the work for profile pictures, banners, etc
You may post the work on social media, with credit to me clearly visible
You may NOT claim the artwork as yours, color in sketches or lineart, use it in technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency or AI or use it commercially without purchasing the rights from me!

Refunds are not permitted after the final product is approved!
If you cancel the commission at any time, I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time!
You may not file a chargeback after giving approval of the artwork!

You can request a specific resolution, otherwise it will depend on the commission. Anything larger than 5000 x 5000 px may require additional fees, due to hardware limitations.
After client approval, you will receive a final image after every stage
You will receive previews/updates for approval throughout the stages
Unless requested otherwise, images are sent as PNGs
On request the CSP files may be sent, if nessecary
